1. What exactly is a flat-fee listing, and how is it different from traditional real estate services?

With a flat-fee listing, you pay one upfront price for your listing and support, no 6% commission. We still offer support; the difference is, you're not paying a percentage of your home's value at the end. It's the same strategy and protection you'd expect from a traditional listing, just smarter and more cost-effective. 

2. Do I still get listed on the MLS if I use your service?

 Yes! Your home is listed on the REALTOR MLS just like any traditional listing. It's the same system that licensed agents use and what gets pushed out to all the major websites. 

3. Will my home show up on Zillow and Realtor.com?

Absolutely. Your listing will be syndicated to Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, and dozens of other national and local sites automatically. 

4. How does buyer agent commission work, do I still have to pay that?

You get to decide how much to offer a buyer’s agent. It’s fully up to you, we’ll talk through what’s typical in your price point and area so you can make a confident decision. 

5. Is professional photography included, or do I need to add that on?

Photography is an optional add-on at $250, and it’s well worth it. You can absolutely use your own photos if you'd like, but professional photos help your home stand out online. 

6. What kind of support do I get? Can I talk to someone or is it all automated?

You’ll get email support throughout, and we offer scheduled phone calls whenever you need to talk through something. You're never left guessing or navigating this alone. 

7. Who handles the paperwork and contracts? Do I need to know legal terms?

We do. We'll handle the listing paperwork, offer reviews, and writing or revising contracts as needed. You don’t have to be a legal expert, we’re here to make sure everything is compliant and correct. 

8. Will I get help pricing my home correctly?

 Yes. We run comps, review the market with you, and talk through pricing strategy based on your timeline and goals. You’ll have the data and the insight to price with confidence. 

9. How do showings work? Do I have to coordinate all of that myself?

Nope. We’ll set up your showing service so agents can schedule directly. You'll get text or email notifications when someone books, and you stay in control of availability. 

10. What happens if I get an offer? Who helps me review or negotiate it?

 We do. We'll walk you through every offer, break down the terms, and help you counter or accept. You’ll never be on your own when it matters most. 

11. Can I cancel or change my listing if something comes up?

Yes. You’re in control, whether you need to update your photos, change your price, or pull your listing altogether. 

12. What if I want to do an open house, do you help with that?

We do! You can add open house support for just $50 per event. We’ll promote it, coordinate logistics, and collect feedback from visitors.

13. How long does it take for my listing to go live once I sign up?

 Once we have everything we need—photos, signed paperwork, and listing details—we can have you live within 24 to 48 hours. 

14. What if I want more marketing, like social media or email blasts, is that included?

 Those are available as add-ons. For $200, you can get a custom marketing boost that includes social media graphics, a paid ad campaign, an email blast, and agent-to-agent outreach. It’s a great option if you want to go beyond standard MLS exposure. 

15. Do you offer full commission services, or is this flat fee only?

Yes, we offer both. SellWithAGL was created to give sellers more flexibility, you can choose our streamlined flat-fee option or go the traditional full-commission route.
